Daniel has once more been selected as the Conservative Party candidate for the ward of Littlemore. In 2014 Daniel contested the ward for the first time, increasing the party’s share of the vote from 17.5% to 22.3% and securing a 5% swing from the incumbent Labour candidate.
“I have lived in Littlemore since my wife and I got married in 2013, and have lived in Oxford for much longer than that! My voice really matters for local residents as the streets, families and communities impacted by the decisions of the council are my streets, families and communities. This May the Littlemore voters have a fantastic opportunity to vote for real change, and I hope they get behind the campaign.”
In the next three weeks building up to the election Daniel will be setting out his priorities and aspirations should he be elected as the City Councillor for Littlemore ward. As one of 24 Conservative candidates in this year’s Oxford City Council elections, he hopes to join a strong Conservative team in the Town Hall, and challenge Labour’s unhealthy dominance of local politics.
